For this new form of visa – e-visa – MELZER offers flexible solutions starting from the economic production of the RFID inlay in the highest quality on MELZER M4 systems up to the fully automatic e-visa production line.

The modular design of each machine can be individually adjusted to the customers' demands. Numbering, stamping and hologram applications are possible options along with various other processes like printing, application and punching. The compound of different materials can be hot or cold laminated by using self-adhesive or especially coated materials.

The e-visa are tested during the production process and, depending on the machine configuration, they can be marked and/or sorted out automatically.

The modular design of the system allows later modifications or adjustments and thus ensures flexibility and security of investment.
