The high speed milling machine MI-3000 is equipped with automatic card magazine changing systems and the 4-spindle MELZER Quattro-Milling Head.

This unique combination offers highest production output and maximum machine autonomy. Even the fully automatic magazine change does not affect the high machine output  – card buffers feed the line with cards during the magazine change and ensure the continuous production of up to 5,500 chip card bodies per hour.

The MI-3000 is a modular design and consists of 3 basic modules and 2 magazine modules.

This machine can be upgraded on site to a combi-machine (milling and implanting) or to dual interface card production at any time.
